by asking for help
by going to detox and treatment
by going to meetings
by believing in a power greater than myself..who carries me when i haven't the strength and courage to do it myself
by learning the meaning of gratitude!!!!
by taking one moment, one breathe, one heartbeat and one day at a time!!!
by praying
by remembering where i came from
by being okay with who i am
by wanting more for others than i want for myself
by listening
