Good mornin' all--

I will feel better today than yesterday because I actually got my rest last night instead of like the night before when I used all night (don't wanna do it again!) I felt crappy all day yesterday and that wasn't too fun at all..still feel rough but this is getting a wee bit better than it was.

I am not picking up today. Going for a sober 24! Wishing you all the same.

Are you working a recovery program? If not, maybe it's time to get one. If yes, work it. We all relapse. Learn from it and try not to make the same mistakes twice. Good luck...

Hi,my name is Angel1 and I am an addict. I am new on these boards,but I wanted to tell all of you suffering, it's okay today. Just for today, you don't have to use. I have been fighting my addiction for 20 years.I have been in and out of the program. But today I am working the program the best I ever have. Today I surrender. I am not going to fight any more, I give it to my Higher Power and the program. There is hope out there. Reach out and someone will reach back. I have been clean 7 months now and ever day is a new day for me, I am born again. God gave me another chance, I have done some awfully bad things, I know He will give you a chance. If you just need to talk to someone, call the hotline,they will help. Have I mentioned that I am also a survivor? Yes, I am a survivor of sex abuse,by my father. Until this past year, I had never told anyone. But when I finally did, it was if a brick had been lifted off my chest. I never delt with those horrible things in my past, that is why I kept relapsing. Remember:' One addict helping another addict is without parrell'....you can only keep what you have, by giving it away...read,read,read, is my advise to everyone...have a program..and stick to it..no matter what..if anyone wants a new friend to talk to, let me know...I would love a new friend...just for today..I WILL have a program...

I feel like eating something really good today. This is day 1 for me and I just want to treat myself to something really good. I feel rough today but I am hanging in here.

Sigh, I wish I had not used the other night. This is all kicking my butt right now but Im sober and hoping to feel better soon.

Just so you know, I'm grateful that you have all been here for me! You all give me the hope to make it another day clean and sober!

Pizza Inn used to have dessert pizzas on their buffet, but I think they were mostly fruity. Chocolate pizza! LOL.

Ci Ci's Pizza Buffet does have chocolate dessert pizza. I know I have eaten it all on several occasions. The kids there were staring at me, wishing that I would leave!
