Going fishing!!

hiya all. I just thought i would tell you all that my boyfriend is taking me fishing on saturday! ive never been fishing before but it sounds quite fun. He said he will take me somewhere quite and peaceful what is just what i need at the moment

normally if my mum took Emily on a Saturday afternoon id be in the pub. I never thought id say it, but im so glad im not

ahhh Scotland the home of real fishing.

Fly fishing that is. I have a fly rod that was made in the UK.
Was my father in law's. He gave it to me 5 years before he passed away.
Fly fishing is real nice to do once you learn it.

Im going to try and just enjoy the peice and quiet

it will be interesting! lol ! At the moment i am just go and try to keep occupied with anything but drink! as well as going to my meetings and staying at home

Staying busy is very important. It helps the mind stay occupied and less likely to have those 'thoughts'. Boredom is a very big trigger for a lot of people, myself included.
