get some sleep we'll bwe here when you get up. I pray, you find you a meeting. You got to get rid of the people that want you to use with them. Drugs and alcohol isn't the answer

Just wanted to add my voice to all those people who are sending you prayers, strength and hugs. We have all felt like complete &%$& after a relapse. You have to trust that each time you fight the fight you gain power over this.

I know how you feel i can,t count the number of time i fell off to.As all i can say is you know where this site is,so talk to us it helps i,m going to be 4 months sober next week and i thought i could,nt do it.But look now so far so good for me i know you can do it if you want it bad enough.Maybe go to a A.A meeting they work wonders. S o good luck.
