well heres a little about me i got in recovery about two years ago.i was doing every thing i needed to do to stay clean.had a sponsor,went to 90 in 90 work a little of my step.had a girl thats was clean to at the time.i work my progam.she started and stop started bartending cheated on me. now she back out so i relaped to hurt her but only hurt my self in doing it.i seen what i have to do to stay clean these day a little morew clearly now.90in90,call sponsor daily or hourly or by the min i dont want that life back it hurt to give up what i had worked so hard for the first time i dont want to again.i all most for got to say i pray all the time and i have two kids to look out for well i cant type very good hope it is readable. love all, steve

keep going mate its worth it, i know because ive just relapsed after 18 months and im back in again which tells you that it must of been crap or i would have stayed out there.

Some people keep doing the same thing over and over to get the same results. We do hurt others by our actions however, you havve to pay the penalty for your drinking.
Keep going to meeting, get you a sponser. Let us know how you're doing

ok.... i am new here right at this very moment... not sure where to go.... ditto encouragement to steve, and all of you... how is the world do i fit in? well.... i am " z "... i am an aca and co-dep in recovery... relationships.... not enough time and space to even begin... but, i have now been in what i call "singlehood" since divorce in nov 2001... a new world's record... someone... help me ... guide me... lead me... YIKES! p.s. i have a good knowledge and experienced in numerous 12-step groups... what now?

well it is day 25 and i just finished my first step with my sponsor and i feel pretty good about what i am doing in my recovery this time.my sponsor said he see a big changeand that is cool because i dont see it that much. thank everyone ,steve

hello every one it is day 27 and im on my way to my sponsors house to help him move for me he is god sent he has saved my life more than once lately and he tells me all the time that save his . well hang in there life will get better if u do not use. have a great day steve
