Please Pray for my Dog Bo

I dont know whats wrong with him.He was fine today, and I just put him some food in his bowl. When he up up he fell down.It doesnt seem like he can move his back legs.He tried walking and kept falling over.He pissed all over himself and now he is crawling toward me and im freaking out.He is my best friend and I am not ready to lose him.

((((((HUGX)))))) to you and Bo, Time, I know exactly how you feel , I havespent a week worrying avout mr Spot , too he wont eat and is losing weight rapidly .

I dont know if this is any help, but down here , we have ticks , which when they bite a dog, cause them to lose the function in their back legs , they are usualy ( here) found in bushy areas.

My thoughts are with you and bo

arthritis???

i would take him to the animal hospital, they are open all night. it could be arthritis maybe a seizure. both are fixable. 2 of my dogs had this problem. my dogs were my babies. i understand how upset you are. call for the local animal hospital or some vets will meet you at your vet. office. mine did. but i live in a small town. heck one time mine met me on tellico parkway to give foxy a shot for his coughing. just make him as comfortable as possible and call your vet. prayers are with him and you. dot

I was lucky enough to have each of my dogs at least 18 years and eventually one by one i had to put them to sleep. the mom and her 2 pups died within6 months of each other. the mom was 19 y.o. and the pups were 18. i have taken mine to the vet and to the animal hospital and made payment on the bill. most will let you do that. i just finished paying off my babies bill the first of the year. i owed so much! good luck, dot i am praying for him.

Prayers sent your way!
I hope he gets better soon.
Dogs touch my heart.I have an English setter named Bodhi and we call him Bo for short.I know how close you can get to them.
They are more than animals.....they are family!

I'm real sorry to hear that Mike, I know how it feels to be close to them.
I hope you come up with a way to get him looked at, and I'll keep you both in my thoughts.

Oh....I know how hard this is for you....I love my animals too. Please take him to the animal hospital....They can work out a payment plan...you usually do not have to pay all or any up front....They could make Bo more comfortable...I know its scarey...at least call and see what they tell you do.
I am sending my prayers
Big Hugs

Mike,

My prayers are with you and Bo. I would have to say, too, that you should probably take him to the vets. Have them work out a payment plan. You will be glad you did and you will know later that you did the right thing. This might not be very serious and at least you would know what it is if you took him.

Hang in there my friend.
