Day 2

Good Morning.

Today is day 2 on this journey. I feel OK - not great, but OK. I want to get some more time under my belt, but for now I have decided to not drink today. Here's to day 2.

Can anyone give me an overview of SMART RECOVERY or RR? Thank you!

Hi Jmhs,
Stay strong! I'm sure someone will come along with the answers you're looking for. Good luck on DAY 2!

Good job!

jmhs,

Well done on 2 days!! It's not easy, is it? You've taken a step in the right direction.

Regarding SMART Recovery and RR, have a look at this:

(Thanks to Don S for that--he's a one-man repository of great info.!) :)

BTW, how does it feel to wake up in the morning without a hangover?

Keep it up!

Congratulations on day 2. Hang on tight! Remember: day 3 will be better, and day 4 even better. There will be a day when you'll be able to say "I feel GREAT, not OK but GREAT". Be patient. That day may come sooner than you expect.

Hey JMHS,
I hope you're hanging strong on DAY 3.
