Another whole week has gone by. I haven't used and i am feeling great. It has been a bit shaky at times but am really feeling grounded and ready for the weekend and anything life has to throw at me. What a great feeling. Wow. Thank you God. For me the motto - "A busy person is a happy person" works however there have been many periods in my life where i have been crippled by fear unable to do anything other than the absolute minimum to care for myself - wash, eat and that is about it - as for going out and seeing anyone/speaking to anyone - that was a complete no, no. I am grateful for where i am now and thank, thank, thank my higher power for looking after me. As long as i do a little "service" here and there i think i will be on the right track. Life sure is wierd but wonderful. God grant me the serenity to accept the things i cannot change, the courage to change the things I can and the wisdom to know the difference. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Jo S

Loved your quote. You have the right attitude. It is people like you that make the world a better place. My husband has that attitude too and i wish i could be a bit more like him. I am afraid i get stuck somewhere in between thinking the world owes me a living not the other way round. Take care.
