International Travel with a DWI

I am in the states and will travel to different countries for work. Sober for 2 years. DUI is 2 years old. I am trying to fill out for "cllear" or TSA's pre approved precheck. I am getting conflicting info on the DUI and I am not seeing any definitive answers on their website. Has anyone been through this?

Yet another reason to stay sober.

In California the state I live in, you can get a TSA precheck with a DUI.

It doesn't disqualify you. As long as you fill out the information honestly, past DUIs aren't disqualifying; they go on a case-by-case basis. xx  s

I did this the other way round. I am in the UK and recently applied for a US B1/B2 visa. Whilst you have to declare criminal record it specifies you do not need to mention alcohol related offences. So my theory is if the US aren't bothered about knowing about alcohol offences to issue visas for non US citizens then they probably won't be that concerned about similar offences in their own citizens
