Remembering the good bits - Weekenders 24 - 27 February 2023
Day 57, I survived my family last night. I did a big workout then yoga to prepare. It’s a shame with my mom dying I have to deal with a cruel human being like my father. I made it three hours over there. Mom seemed to have declined. Today I worked out at the gym then afterwards felt so sleepy I took a long nap. Another sober weekend down. All of 2023 sober.
Good Morning Weekenders
Good to see you MantaLady. Hope your help comes before 6 months.
Tica, glad you got to see your mom. Sorry she’s declining.
Visited my step mum yesterday then onto my friend. A good day but was exhausted last night. In a good way.
love to all Weekenders xxxx

I'm a bit disappointed to find out that I seem to be living in the only part of the UK that didn't get to see the Northern Lights (Aorora Borealis) last night. While many places were cloud free and were treated to wonderful views of the colourful spectacular, here along the north east coast it was far too cloudy to see anything. I've seen them before and they really are spectacular.
As usual, the best place to see them in the UK was in northern Scotland as can be seen from the pictures in this BBC News article https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotla...lands-64797241

Mags, I wonder if it was cloudy all down the east coast? People further inland seem to have have seen some spectacular displays.
