Happy to be sober. Thank you
I have grown to love you all. Thank you everyone. Just wanted to say I’m proud of myself for not drinking through this 5 days of chaos I’ve had and you all played a big role. Also I’m still so sick. Worst cold ever

oh no you too? Sending prayers your way. 2 of my good friends have it. One of them even told me his temp got to 105… mine just got to 103…, my sister just got it. I hope you feel better soon
Hi AJ, I hope you're feeling better soon.
I caught a weird flu after a day trip up to Toronto a few weeks ago.
I had the chills super bad, just freezing even though I cranked up the heat and wore flannel pj's and socks.
. I would be soaked head to toe by midnight from sweating and have to change into dry stuff.
Sick for a good week, I finally took temp and it was 103.2 F.
Took flannel top off and just wore tee shirt and took ibuprofen. Temp finally went down.
Anyway the bright side is that I didn't really want to drink during this and I got thru the usually hellish cravings of day 3 and 4 like you just did!
Great work on 5 days,
Stick with it,
it's mostly a headgame now.

Get well soon AJ and Hev.
AJ well done on a sober Christmas (its a big potential hurdle and my first Xmas too and feeling great) you've done fabulous.
Heres to starting 2023 with a clear head, organised, rested and healthy.
