No doubt. I was created to FEEL. Sometimes that's amazing, and sometimes it's really hard. But hard or not, I know it is not healthy for me to try to stop the feelings.

If you are full of love then you are full of potential pain. You don't get one without the other.

Very true, AJ. The good news the laughter is more genuine, as well. It will all even out down the road. Do you keep a journal? It was something I did- not a long, wordy thing, but just a few lines at the end of the day to keep track of how I was changing. It's so interesting to go back and read it- you'll be glad you did it.
