Good morning all. Day 13 here. Thanks for the words of strength. 1st event is tomorrow night. Church musicians Christmas party. Feeling good about it, but this is an episcopal church. You know what they say about episcopals, wherever there's 4, there's a fifth. I will be fine. I do encourage everyone to post before you go to one of these gatherings. I am confident because I have succeeded at these before. The hard one comes up later in the month. Happy Thursday to all!

Pledging for today and excited for tomorrow.
I’m happy to be here with you all!
Today I’m grateful for the brokenness that has allowed me to grow into who I’m meant to be!
It sucks to hurt, but the pain has a purpose.

It's a joke shared among episcopalians regarding the drinking that goes on in the church.
Well, I hit 2 weeks tomorrow, but the aches and abdominal pain are back. Will see how I'm doing tomorrow before deciding on another visit to the doctor.

Thanks Zencat and Dee. Today is 14 days. Feeling a little better today. I guess it's just taking a full 2 weeks to get past all the physical withdrawals. Hopefully, that's in the past now. Busy weekend planned. Hope everyone else has great plans for the weekend coming up.

Pledging for today. Day 68.
Bobdrop. Glad to hear you are feeling better. It does take a while at our age for the poison damage to heal. I continue to remind myself that aging is hard enough without adding the added stress of poison removal. Hope all goes well this weekend.

Good morning,
I forgot to check in the last couple days. But i'm still sober. I haven't even wanted to drink. The holidays are coming so I know that will change. But for today I will not drink.
Day 9 af
day 81 caffeine free (sleep is so must better when your not on caffeine.)
