I just want to offer my support—
and also share an interesting thing that happened—
I used to snore horribly. My husband couldn’t sleep, and separate rooms were on the horizon.

Guess what happened when I stopped drinking?

Haven’t snored since. And I sleep like a rock, too.

You can do this! thinking of you!

Day 9 Done

Made it to Day 9. First time in years I've gone more than a week without a drink. Feels so good. Was away with my wife for the weekend and had a lovely time. So good to have a break from the madness and self destruction.

Day 12 Done

Difficult day, today. Lots of thoughts. Very stressful day at work. Carrying a lot of anger. Would normally be an excuse to drink. But not today. So grateful for another sober day.
