Well, I understand the antisocial bit. Does your job involve socialising ? A job where you can just get on with things on your own would be best for you I expect.
I often look up weather on the internet - most days and several times besides looking out of the window - also sunrise and sunset times and times of civil, nautical and astronomical twilight. I keep those times on my tablet for easy access and I have them for my own town in particular as well as daylight hours clocks etc. I'm tempted to draw some graphs for at a glance appreciation of all these things but never get around to it. But I do it for extra enjoyment in life
I know Hypochondria can be a problem, my husband is a hypochondriac and knows it but can't stop being that way. I wouldn't call him crazy though. So I can't really comment on that and I do think that being a drinker or ex drinker can make it worse - I can be a hypochondriac sometimes but I think it's because of all the drinking I've done and the worry that it's seen as my own fault aswell - I mean dying is bad enough but dying with medical staff looking at you with disgust and hatred at what they think you are is even worse.

Oh and I don't get the question of why were you born, I mean none of us knows that but does it really matter, I mean once we're here might as well try and get some enjoyment out of it. Lifes short enough.
