I love to read post like these. One year seems light years away for someone on their first day, but it is very achievable if they really want it. I'm glad you shared your achievement with us.

That first year anniversary was a big one. You might be able to go a couple of days without, or even a week, although those were milestones too. But one year? Why that was plumb unthinkable at one time. Yet here you are at a place that seemed almost impossible at the start. Of course, you saw this coming weeks before it happened, but still... The day you hit one year has a special importance and deserves to be marked. One year for me was much more important than all the other years that came after it, but I suppose there are more perspectives involved in that observation. Of course 10, 20, or 30 years is important over all, but it doesn't involve the awesome psychological impact of accomplishing something that seem so unachievable as "one year." I think one good way to describe the event is "mind blowing." May you look forward to many more years.
