1 week

Hi all. I was so busy today I didn’t even realize that it was my 1 week … I had a productive day. Woke up at 4:30 am. Did a 5 mile run with my friend. Worked … met up with my sister. Went on a swim in the ocean with her. She had wine after and I didn’t :). Ran errands. Got home and finished up more work. Going to bed :)

It was around one week (maybe two), where I knew my drinking days were over. It was all up hill from there.
