What I use(d) to strengthen my sobriety, is to practice Gratitude, every day, many times a day. Expressing gratitude makes me feel very positive. Giving someone gratitude makes their day a little better. And to some, it can mean the difference between a bad day and a good day, . Try it. Every day find ten things/people/events that you're thankful for, and if any of those things presents an opportunity to thank them, by all means do it.
