Day 13 and I’m really busy with my work and preparing for my upcoming trip to Africa at the weekend. Alcohol repulses me .. let’s hope that point of view lasts while I’m on a plane and then on glorious beaches…I don’t feel I’ll be tempted as I have so much work to do there but I do need a plan ..

Day 13 is great, Ican. What part of Africa will you be visiting? It sounds very interesting. And, yeah, having a plan in place will help you get through it all.
