Day 24 … proud I haven’ t drunk

So I’m going to stop discussing my medicines in here fir fear of breaking SR rules. Just suffice to say that I broke my shoulder on June 19th and stupidly drunk for two days about three weeks ago. But it didn’t help so I stopped and do not intend to pick up again. I don’t think that’s too bad overall. Onwards !

I'm a new comer with a bad alcohol prob

I'm 54 days dry and struggling. So tough - one day tat a time, some days an hour at a time, make sense?

Hang in there, kes! It's not always easy but it's worth it. Is there anything particular that triggers you or times it's extra hard?
