Kaily, hope the vendor honors your request. Like you, I don’t enjoy shopping and mostly order on-line; 95% of the time, it goes smoothly. It is inconvenient when something arrives damaged and has to be returned (photographed of the damaged item has usually sufficed); fortunately there is a UPS store nearby for those times it hasn’t.

Sao, it always feels good to scratch out a decent check.

Kaily, I dread returning things also. I picked up a pack of beef ribs a couple of weeks ago. When I opened the pack at home, they smelled so bad I threw them out. Wasn't even going to say anything at first, but sent the store an email and they said that I would be refunded, which I was.

That's great Cityboy. At least you didn't have drag the smelly ribs back to the store. Glad you spoke up and got a refund. With inflation now, things are just too expensive to throw away!
