Sorry to continually moan but despite strong medication, my shoulder pain has been excruciating today. Unbearable.But the X ray showed it was healing and I must keep focussed on that ! Onwards !

It gets better, I Can. It won't always be this hard. It will be up and down for a few weeks, then gradually you'll start to even out and feel ok most of the time. It's so hard in these first few days and weeks. Every time I relapsed and started over it was the same horrible first few weeks. Urgh.
