Day 5 … pain returns

I’m going back to the Dr tomorrow … need to sort this out ! Onwards !

Congratulations! I was actually going to suggest you contact your doctor. It seems to me you shouldn't still be in this much pain by now. But then, I've never injured by shoulder.

Not really but I do them in the shower and they are soothing ! The pain is deep in the bone which I can feel moving . Apparently this is normal ! :-( But four weeks of it is unbearable !
