Not right today

Day 4, not feeling right today. Bit of a thick head, brain fog, tired and a bit unmotivated. Staying strong though, resting and posting! Trying to find a good movie to watch tonight 😁

Sounds about right
Even a bad movie ain't a bad idea. Anything but starting the vicious cycle over again

All of the above. Reading helped me. Those first few days suck, but it will get better.

I just recently started reading random books from the flea market to relax in the evenings since I have now officially watched every This Old House. Lol

I forgot how much I enjoy reading.
I actually forgot how much I read as a child until I started reading again. It's like ,Oh yeah! I used to read all the time! Why did I stop?

Oh. Yeah. Well I ain't stopping again.

I'm a library-holic as well as an alcoholic.
mostly I like military history and survival at sea stories( I used to have a sailboat)
I just ordered a book about a guy who survived 484 days on small boat.
If you get into a story, you are there too.
It really helps to take your mind off things.
On the list of things to do sticky, someone said "watch a movie with subtitles"
I love foreign and indy films.
In fact my sister in law is coming over thursday and we'll watch a korean movie.
Anyway yes books and movies can take you someplace else
