I did OK today
Feeling tired, never sleep well on day 1, understandably! Prepping all day for 2 interviews I have tomorrow. Would have had a lot more anxiety today if I’d have drank last night, nobody likes interviews

continuing to visit SR and watch YT videos….it helps.
