Day 15 … terrible shoulder pain continues

It’s is truly terrible - 5 days on from my fall which broke my humerus. Glad I did it on the tennis court and not while drink though. No thoughts of drinking as, mixed with pain meds, that would likely be an extremely bad idea. But the pain …… :-( :-(

Take care of yourself, and make sure you do everything in terms of rehab.

I've read that meditation, the way we 'think' about pain can help. Lots of stuff on internet.
