I hope you got to the doctor Magnolia.

All I can say, is that it does get better, but sometimes takes a lot of time. You've just got to stick with it. Hold the line. It's worth it in the end.

Avoid ct at all costs tho. Get to doctor and explain your situation. I hope he/she is understanding, willing to help you with taper. This is what needs to happen Magnolia.

Have you made any contact with BenzoBuddies online support for benzo withdrawal? Helps to know you are not alone. Supportive.

My heart goes out to you.

Hello everyone today is day 5 of doing at a friend's house and it was not a good experience. Now isn't.

I'm very unsettled and still very nervous and depressed

Thanks for caring everyone.

Are you still at your friend's house Magnolia?

Do you have to be there?

Are you off the benzos or tapering?

It's really good that you've stopped drinking Magnolia. Alcohol works on same receptors as benzos and will make it harder. Much harder.

One of the best bits of advice I can give you is that when tapering benzos don't drink alcohol. Not a drop. This is not idle advice Magnolia. It's very real.

Tomorrow is Day 6. You'll be cracking a week!

Maybe you're still taking benzos as prescribed. Idk?

Steely I just stopped benzos at the same time.

I'm not feeling so great and scared but not as bad as I thought I'd be.

I won't mix the two again ever

It's not recommended you do it this way Magnolia, but some people do.

I guess now you are just going to have to give it Time.

I'm really glad you've decided to stop Magnolia. A good decision, ultimately.

Good luck.
