Six Months Today

Good morning - todays marks six months since I took that last drink. Twenty plus years of daily drinking and then three years of many day 1s, on November 20, 2021, I stopped the madness. My health has returned, I have lost 20+ pounds, and I feel good. I still have the same kinds of challenges I had before but I face them sober. For those starting the sober journey, keep with it. It’s hard. Particularly when you face hardships of other kinds. It’s worth it. Your life is worth it. You are worth it. Have a great day everyone.
