Oh no!!! Ring 911 and put your fingers down your throat and puke up what you can while you are still conscious. Open the front door for the ambulance people. You DO NOT have to die to escape this life. There are other, less drastic ways to change it. Give people IRL a chance to help you find a better way out than death

Suffering is a part of life. So is overcoming suffering and finding peace within yourself. A heck of a lot of people have overcome incredible suffering and come out of the other side stronger and helped others do the same. You'll never know if you could have been one of those heros if you throw the towel in now

Lila, they will not Baker Act you for an addiction to prescription meds and alcohol. You need to be detoxed from alcohol. That is the first step.
I have a friend who was pretty bad off last year, taking both benzos and drinking, and I was afraid for her well being. I recently spoke to her and she is doing really well now and sounds amazing. Two months off alcohol and starting the benzo taper. So it is entirely possible.
It is the combination of meds and alcohol that makes one feel so hopeless, and it increases paranoia. Please do not fear getting help.
I really hope you will call 911 NOW, and get detoxed.
