Feel proud of achieving this milestone.
1. Would have never believed in my wildest dreams if some one had said this will happen since I have been a serial relapser
2. My botted emotions are still slowly coming out and lightening up my mind
3. Decades old scalp eczema has fully vanished
4. My family loves and respects the new me. I love and respect the new me
5. I am still awaiting a job offer but I am positive it will happen soon. I am giving it all and more because I am fully focused. I have found that I am actually a fighter. Alcohol kept me weak for 18 years. I have big interviews are lined up as others are making decisions.
6. No more beating myself up at 3 am. No more hot flashes and Ibuprofen to beat the hangover and turning up to work with a fake smile, internally bleeding. No more false promises to myself and my family. No more running second time to the shop to buy one more pint.
7. Alcohol is a slow poison. If I can do this, you surely can.
8. Camel prayer:
The camel each day goes twice to his knees.
He picks up his load with the greatest of ease.
He walks through the day with his head held high.
And stays for that day, completely dry.
