Made it through week one!🕺🏾🕺🏾🕺🏾

Good Morning ☀️ to you all!
I made it through week one. On to day 8 and week 2.
I am painfully aware of all the pitfalls and AV nonsense that are in my future!
I have two people outside of the page that I check in with daily and will hold me accountable!
Thank you all for the support and kindness! I know I couldn't have done this without you all!
Sleep is still hit or miss but it is getting better!
Grateful for this page and all of your experience, strength and hope!
