Day 23 …. Lots of challenges .. no urge to drink ..
Well maybe my neurones are rewiring .. lots of challenges and frustrations today, personal and professional, but no desire to drink. A cup of tea and a good film will see me through this evening … I’m happy about that !

I love a good challenge. I love getting through the challenge. Finding the answer. Moving forward.
Sometimes the answer for me is to get in my bed and shut myself off from the world for awhile. Recharge.
