Day 16 …frustrations dissipate into nothing ..
Work frustrations on my current project would previously have driven me to hit the Sauvignon blanc .. people not pulling their weight, people not ‘getting it’, people showing off to make themselves seem important whilst my one colleague and I carry things forwards thanks to our experience and contacts. But you know what ? I don’t really care! I know I’m doing a good job, it will make a difference to the beneficiary populations concerned and I get paid ! That’ll do for me ! Pineapple and prawn stir fry tonight … Onwards !
