Day 9 Prioritising ME !
Woke up after 8+ hours sleep still feeling tired. Forced myself to do 15 mins on the exercise bike which I hate. Am just about to do some yoga and then cook a healthy supper of salmon in tamarind with cabbage greens in sesame oil and ginger. Bothered on all fronts by work and news of son’s ever increasing debts to what are apparently loan sharks but I can’t /won’t intervene so am putting myself first ! Onwards !

No one really wants to get on the bike. It is good for you though, just like the yoga is. 9 days is great. Keep it up one day at a time. Dinner sounds great. I love cooking salmon on the grill. In fact I have to go to the store after work and find something to grill tonight. You need to put yourself first. getting yourself tangled up in this other stuff will just cause you more stress. Stress that you don't need.
