Although I’m not religious at all, I’m quite glad my 40th day has fallen in the middle of both Lent and Ramadan -when people give up something for more spiritual growth .. well I don’t know about the spiritual growth, but there’s lots of physical growth due to the amount of chocolate I’ve been eating! But I do feel calmer and more assured which is what I think faith gives people. So I’ll take that ! Onwards !
