I'm in trouble again

Was doing OK but been wrecked for the past 10 days. SO ashamed. My Sis is a nurse and thinks I have a headcold and is fussing over me. She.lives 400 miles.north, in Scotland.

You got this! Just make sure that you stop safely as we all know that withdrawal from alcohol can be a really serious thing. I know from personal experience, tried to taper off on my own and had a seizure, obviously we are all different, but it can be serious. Wish you the best and don't get hung up on a setback, use it as a springboard forward!!!
