Not nearly as bad as i have had it before, but i thought last night it may rear its ugly head because of my emotions yesterday, so i made a cake for my little one for when he came home from school to distract myself, it seems to have gone now, have a great weekend everyone.

Thanks, gonna get worse before it gets better, but all i need to do is be careful and not pick up, things will get better then.
