Day23, cannot wait

Until the weekend, i am going to see our beautiful daughter (my baby) she has been working away for the last 3 months, it is the longest i have not seen her for so i am going out today to buy her some treats etc she is such a great child bless her. Woke up again after a great nights sleep although i have been noticing thoughts coming more often into my head about drink, not actually drinking it just fleeting thoughts like how rubbish i felt doing a certain thing during the day, i was cooking and all of a sudden it was a feeling of misery when i had been drinking etc have a great day everyone.

Morning Mummyto2

I bet you’re going to have such a lovely time with your daughter. My eldest is coming home from Uni today for the weekend. She’s been there since September and I miss her terribly. I can’t wait to see her 💕

I get those thoughts too. Usually they fill me with dread at the thought of feeling rubbish and unwell again. There is no buzz to get from booze that beats the buzz of waking up with a clear head.

Enjoy your mum & daughter time!
