Starting day 7! Yesterday was hard as I was entertaining the idea of one drink🤬
I have never just had one drink in my whole dam life!
I am so angry for just thinking about it

As Dee would say, by not drinking yesterday you were building your sober muscles.

There’s nothing we can do to change the past, no matter how much we want to – but there’s a heck of a lot we can do with today... I think that’s where our attention should lie?

7 days is wonderful, Quit. When I finally admitted there was never going to be 'just one' I was able to face reality, and stop all together.
