Hubby woke up to go to work for the week and said have a coffee with me, my automatic responce was I'm tired, then I thought no I'm not and got up, he started laughing haha he knows me too well (30 years this year) anyway hopefully I can keep this routine going until my body gets used to it, have a great day everyone

Good going Mummyto2 . I'm now getting into the habit of getting up early and I'm finding I like it. It actually is making me feel more positive about things. That said, at 5.30am I was still in bed... that is a bit too early, even for me!

congrats on day 6 Mummyto2! I'm on day 6 too. It's 5:26am where I am and looking forward to my first cup too...Even though I am early it feels awesome totally alcohol free. Looking forward to falling asleep a little easier tonight.
