Day 5, can't sleep

12.50am here, even though we have been working on the house all day I just can't sleep, the last time I stopped and was exercising like crazy, I was falling asleep at 10pm it was great, I can't wait until that kicks in again.

It has gotten better and better.

Resting quietly is 80% as restful as being fully asleep, just not at efficient.

Meditation, concentrating on breathing using the 478 technique works. Plus, I like to pray to God because I believe in Jesus.

My sleep process is a routine starting about 9 pm. I sleep for about 3 to 5 hours. Wake up for about an hour, and back to sleep for 3 to 4 more hours.

So, 10 hours or so in bed, to get 6 or 7 hours. It is a lot, but it is not like I would be doing anything else anyway.

Thanks.

Hope you're able to relax soon! I know when I can't sleep I usually have a snack to calm down, I don't know why it works for me but it does. Sometimes I'm just hungry 😕.

I finally fell asleep and woke up late, need to become more disiplined, try again tonight and no computer or phone an hour before bed as it buzzes the brain up, have a nice Sunday everyone.

It takes a few weeks in my experience, to stabilize the sleep. But when it does it's wonderful!

I feel ya Mummy, I’ve been having terrible sleep but each night it gets a little bit better (I’m on day 8). I wish you a restful night soon!
