Both myself AND this time- my SO.
! week of crazy dreams, cookie cravings that I said are ok for now.
My evenings reprogrammed from video after video after video that I didnt remember seeing to
Reading my book "pile", and relaxing!

Lifestyle change is the way some folks treat never drinking again.

Born again never drinker.

Booze is poison.

I hate the stuff.
