Here We Go!
Been on a bumper car ride for a while drinking stopping drinking more and stopping more.
I do find it tough particularly the first few days of sobriety literally sitting on your hands. Then the rage over such silly things, the anxiety., the brain fog that just baffles you half way through doing something you just completely lose focus or wonder off , loosing things. AhhhhhhMG this is me at this point in time.
Been drinking way to much daily for far to long .Got to lose the dark shadow that follows me around.
Im on Day 7 only, no big numbers here but I am sober and better than the days before no 7.
Have been here before so I would like to say hi all.
To those that know me and also those that do not.
I have determination and hope for a happy productive and creative 2022.

Hi Dustoffman - 7 days seems like a big number when you are on day 7 so well done on getting to it. I am so conscious of so much of life given over to drinking and worrying about drinking. The fact you have stopped is a good sign, a sign you want some change and you want to make this year a sober one. Keep close and post often.
