May be get a better camera for myself at some stage. I take these with my phone😊 I'm just glad if its making people happy, i think we've all felt the the opposite for a long time and we all deserve something to smile about, so if it helps i will try to keep at up.

Well phone cameras these days are top notch. People are making movies with their phones now. But yeah, it is awesome to have a good camera to use. Adds to the whole feeling I think (also a mad photographer ).

I pass it almost every day on the opposite side of the river. Just one wall remains of a castle thats nearly 800 years old. Built by an English friend of King Henry. Centuries later taken by the Spanish aiding the Irish uprising but retaken by the English after heavy canon fire. It was never rebuilt unfortunately like a lot of old castles around the country but being Irish it understandable in one way but an awful shame in others.

I'm just grateful for all you young folks who have the
knowledge and understanding, as well as patience to
learn new technology, especially when it comes to
electronics.

Me, i'm old school and okay with it. My little red flip
phone sits atop a table collecting dust. It's basically
connected for family emergency. I also stay connected
here on FB and internet for emergency too. Just in case.

I try my best to share and describe as vividly in detail
what i see here in my gardens or things elsewhere to
you guys without photos.

So, to have any of you wonderful folks in cyber space
transmitting lovely pictures and photos from your electronic
devices is awesome and much appreciated.

Anything and everything that is beautiful and interesting
in the eyes of the beholder.

Hero's every one of them. Volunteer's they jump into that rib to answer the distress call saving lives in all kinds of weather without a tought or fear for themselves. Ive witnessed them at work and heard them seeking no praise from anyone for what they do only to say its all part of the job.

Alfred Hitchcock The Birds. Here at daybreak every morning they wait for the Grain Mill to open that i work next to. Kind of spooky if you've seen the movie. Hope you are all enjoying your weekend.

Alfred Hitchcock The Birds is definitely a classic and
a movie watched for many years. Scary, eerie but thrilling.

Before long that bare tree will be full of green leaves
that will be a nice sign that Spring has arrived and will
provide lots of shade below and for all those fine feathered
friends of the air.

When I see birds on telephone wires, cables, if there
are a few then i think they are gathered for an AA meeting
were 2 or more come together to share their own experiences,
strengths and hopes in recovery.

If there are more than a few, like many up there together,
then i imagine them at a committee meeting or a convention
which ive experienced a number of times in sobriety.

We have a weird thing here at this time of year....second year in a row.....flocks of European Starlings.....and let me tell you, they are terrifying....they land in my trees by the hundreds and more.....and the noise....last year I made the mistake of feeding them....never again.....this just happened near me in December...

No walking today 😥 trapped nerve in my neck 😫 so quite sore. My Daughter gave me a bath bomb which i never heard of so having a relaxing hot bath before my online job interview today. Yes an interview, i haven't had one one for over 20 year's. I started getting nervous but then thought to myself im fine and not to be worried about the outcome. Just be myself and as honest as necessary 😁. I wouldnt have had the courage to even apply for it before so there's nothing to lose. On another note my son who is Rugby mad has been call up again for the youth Munster Rugby squad,. So todays a very emotional and physical one, pain , a little worry and anxiety but a whole lot of pride. Have a lovely Sunday everyone

We get those starlings also. Pretty creepy and awesome at the same time.
Good luck on the interview. Amazing how much stronger and confident we feel when we are sober.
Even on the bad, self loathing days I can always pull myself up eventually instead of drinking into oblivion.

Keep up the good work

Thankyou for all your well wishes.
All seemed fine today I've never had an online interview before but i was happy enough. Hopefully the outcome will be positive but im fine either way 🙂. Just cant wait to get back walking again i really miss it. I like being on my own at times just me and my own thoughts 😌. A lot nicer these days as sobriety has my future looking a lot happier.

they have quite the trop thing going, for sure!

Fingers crossed that the job is something the universe has in mind for you, AL❤️🤓

Still no walking 😕 covid is really messing up appointments with consultants so i will suffer on for now with my disc issues. So as im not out enjoying the fresh air heres my latest MRI view 🤮 apparently disc 5 and 6 causing the trouble. But on a happier note i did get to see my boy play his rugby match afterwards with the Munster development squad and yes thats really big over here😊.
fella causing all my pain

Theres such joy to be had, moments that before would have been either missed or not wanted as that demon would look for excuses to partner up for the night and regret would follow and meet you head on the next morning. I will take this pain i have now any day over that. Enjoy your day everyone.
