Andy, my cats have mad half hours when they do everything on full throttle!

Love to all the Weekenders. Hope everyone is doing ok. After new year can be a bit doldrums’y’ . Feeling flat and in my case ‘feeling fat’ Spring is round the corner though, new growth , new promises. Time for me to have a clear out in the home (again) and maybe lose a few pounds too.

Afternoon Weekenders and happy Twelfth Night. I can't hear any 12 drummers drumming (probably for the best)

I have not been "pinged" on my Covid App so I guess I am not going to be for now at least.

Bim, glad you brought Nandi again. She is so good.
Nice to see you back. So glad your car was a battery and an easy fix. I started my mom's car last night, thankfully it started. I haven't started it in a long time. My BIL and sister told my mom they would pick up her car last night and my BIL is supposed to have it detailed for my mom's xmas present. They didn't show or call.
I found out mom is going to get out tomorrow. I still have to do some errands for her, bring her some clothes to come home in, her other ones are kind of bloody. I'll take them home and wash them. It is so ugly outside but thankful for a bit more rain. Luckily it seems like the last couple of weeks we've been getting some rain every couple of days and we had some good storms. Anything to help this drought.
Have a wonderful day all. Love and peace to you all. 💗☮

Another sober day.

My doctor has referred me to a specialist. I should be hearing from them in a couple days.

Bro came over after work and took care of Billie and the cats. I'd be lost without his help.

My neighbor kid (NK) hasn't contacted me since Sunday night. I sent a text to his dad asking if he was alright. No answer from either of them so far.

Billie is taking her after supper nap. Just resting and digesting.

Mags, how's your wrist feeling lately?

Heard from his dad, said he wasn't sick as far as he knew. Texted NK again (and again) and no response.

The wind is really blowing a gale here tonight. The branches of the tree outside my den are scraping at the siding.
