Bro came by mid morning and took care of Billie and the cats. Then he put the trash cart out to the curb for pickup tomorrow. I asked him to take me to the store and he did. Got a few things and also got a free big bag of cat food with my reward points. 
I love getting free stuff.
It's cold and windy today. Glad my errands are all done and I'm in for the rest of the day.
My lower back feels a bit better, tho my feet are still numb and painful. Monday when I see my doctor I'm going to ask him if it might be peripheral neuropathy. I'm tired of my feet always being numb and painful.
Other than that, I'm not feeling too bad.

Sao, a great song by Cream. I knew the song anyway but I remember it getting a new lease of life after being featured in a car advert in the 1980s.
I'm thankful I'm sober tonight and I'm thankful to be at home. The weather outside is awful. There have been weather warnings issued for large parts of northern England, Scotland and Northern Ireland. Storm Arwen apparently. At the moment there is heavy sleet outside, winds gusting to over 60km/h (almost 40 miles per hour) and the temperature at just above freezing. In addition I can hear my crashing about outside. I'm happy to be at home, heating switched on, stretched out on the settee with a cup of tea and a Maltesters Chocolate Reindeer!

No, I'm not diabetic. A friend of mine said that my description of how my feet feel was exactly like what she went thru when she was diagnosed with neuropathy. She took medicine and eventually the pain went away. So I'll ask my doctor about it.
Our weather isn't as bad as yours but it is cold. I hate going thru another Ohio winter. I'm going to start counting down the days til April 1st. I know spring begins mid March, but to me, it's not truly spring til April 1st.

It is actually colder here least honey....we are below zero celsius, which is freezing to Brits and Aussies.

Congratulations on 2 weeks calmself
I think I'll be staying at home today. The weather outisde is awful. It's still very windy with a forecast of heavy sleet then heavy snow for today along with freezing cold temperatures
