LP12, I recently stopped too.I found changing my routine and keeping busy helpful. There have been some tough times but they have been short lived compared to the non tough times. I just had to push past them. I have to keep reminding myself that I feel far better about my sober self then the other. Drinking has done nothing good for me. At first I started a list of all positives when I do not drink such as a clear head, increased productivity, increased memory....Then I wrote myself a list of the negatives from my drinking such as different personality, got nothing accomplished, money, at times had no memory of conversations...
