It won’t be long before your story inspires others, Polaroid. You have my sympathies on the day 2 withdrawals so sit on your hands, eat a bucket of ice cream or do whatever it takes to get through these early days. It gets surprisingly easier after a few weeks - as long as you have no little “rewards” 👍

When I first found this site it made me feel not so alone! That others felt the same way I did. It also gave me hope that I could stop one day and I did. Stay close and read everyday if it helps.
