Don't sweat it, it's fine - and all of the places you mentioned are Europe. A difficult one would be Russia.... European or Asian?Gibraltar, albeit real close to Africa is also European. (It's a UK territory) - watch out for the apes if you go there... they tend to actually open your backpack/bag or whatever you have, grab something and just throw it off the "rock". As a victim, I can just say they're relentless.
I remember when I was in London, I accidentally handed a Gibraltar note (50 pounds or something) to the guy at the theater. Even though GIP (Gibraltar pounds) are worth exactly the same as GBP (British pounds), he looked at it funny, and I realized my mistake. I just wonder, though, why don't Gibraltar just use GBP? It's equal to British pounds....
