Andy it would have been one squishy sweaty ride to Greece! I remember it being quite hot in Greece when I was there a few years back

Mags I hope the rose hips help. I’ve heard they’re very good for arthritis in dogs, so they might be good for arthritis in people too (I’m just guessing), so they might help your wrist heal well

Suze I don’t think I had seen a tern before I came here either. The look quite like seagulls until you get close.

Bim I’d be happy with either van, but I would really like a camper

It’s Thursday morning and I am drinking coffee and will need to get myself moving for work shortly.
Have a nice day/night weekenders

There's been some great photos today. Kaily, that's a lovely photo of Alfie and Daisy. Willow, your picture of the deserted beach and shallow ocean with the tern flying alone looks very tranquil.

It's nearly the end of what has been a beautiful day. Very hot and sunny. It's still warm now. Thundery showers all day tomorrow though, apparently.

Alfie and Daisy must have a complete blast on their daily walks. Where we live and you want to take a big dog on a walk, they should be leashed, smart, although most of my dogs were well trained. You're babies look like they have a blast every day. I wish we had some water to take they dogs to that wouldn't take them out to sea or freeze them! I just love the landscape where you live! My dogs would have loved it. 💖💟
It's been a long day. My mother fell again and bruised her ankle badly. We're really watching it, she has a boot and she said it doesn't hurt much. They minute it does, we'll get her back to the ER. They say to try to not go to ERs if possible, Covid. Prayers for the world! Love and peace to all of you. Your support, kindness and stories are well appreciated by myself!! Pleasant dreams all.

Thanks Aly, yes they do have lots of fun. I take them to lots of different places so they get to explore and never get bored.
This morning they got me up at 5am to alert myself and my neighbours that there is a hedgehog in the garden- a matter of dire importance apparently, that warranted, in their minds lots of barking .

I do hope your Mum is ok.

I must do something about my eating. After last nights binge I promised myself I would throw away any remaining chocolate, ice cream etc. Today the sugar beast is saying just eat it then start afresh. oh and the bargaining, you can just have a little bit, or a different chocolate that your not addicted to.

Now my latest unhealthy thought is if I start vaping I might stop eating. But I guess that might lead me straight back to smoking.

Feel like I am losing control again, just different substances. I don't want to be addicted or so prone to addiction. Life is such a battle.

If I was Eve of Adam and Eve, I would of eaten all the apples. The desire of the forbidden. (And I don't even like apples )

I don''t know much about eating addictions Kaily but I think support is a vital tool in any addiction?
Theres a small ED forum here might be worth a read?

Kaily, so good of Alfie and Daisy to alert you that Mr. Hedgehog was looking for food in your lovely garden.
Just a thought but Mr. Mags has been wanting to lose a few stone and couldn’t stop snacking (nuts, healthy but fattening) but he had to go on a 800 calorie a day before his gallbladder removal surgery and lost a stone. It’s inspired him to cut out a lot of foods.

Obviously surgery isn’t the answer for you but can you replace your snacking with something else.
Bowl of fruit with yoghurt, water, juices? Just a thought. x

Thanks Dee I have been on there.

I have another problem this morning. I just received a Hotels.com booking confirmation. All in my name, 2 nights in Bath apparently. I have managed to cancel it but clearly someone is using my identity.

What do I do?
